Internet is working, but we have no dial tone or tv channels
Well let's get that fixed up for you.
Does the phone modem and digital box share a splitter? That might explain why both of them are out.

We now have dial tone, but still no television.
I have unplugged and re-plugged everything but still no television!
Are you getting an error message on the TV itself?
Just says we have to subscribe to the channels. will not allow us to select from the menu
