There is a problem with the customer care site. I have been unable to change the password for my email for a month now. I called Shaw at that time and advised; in testing at their end they went in and changed my email password, it took me a while to make them understand that I could not do it from my end as I should be able to, and that, no, I did not want them to be assigning/changing my password. I called about 10 days after that and was told that 'yes, we are aware of a problem and are working on it'. I phoned again today about this, and got the same 'we are aware of the problem and are working on it' response. I do not find that acceptable considering how long this has obviously been an issue, and we are talking about security. Today's tech told me to look on this forum to see the many threads about this, but, I do not see one thread about it. So, what's the story?
