I have the same reoccurring problem as previously posted here.
I've now included a video of my modem going through the light flashing process.
Last time, the problem seemingly resolved itself over the period of a day or two so I cancelled an appointment I made with the tech that was supposed to come take a look at it. Now because clearly this is an issue that is likely to come back in the future, I would like some answers or my modem replaced.
I'm hoping for a Shaw Moderator to drop by and check on my modem from their end again, and perhaps schedule a tech to drop by my house.
