I have been having problems with my Shaw internet on a regular basis.
My 25mbps plan is never over 17mbps, hard wired, with no other items connected.
Recently I have went to call in my complaints and heard the message. "We're aware and fixing it".
Since I have sacrificed many, many hours a month because "your fixing it", will I be receiving a DISCOUNT ON MY BILL FOR NO SERVICES RENDERRED. If I'm even one day late paying the interest kicks in, so for every one day no service I better be getting a discount on my next bill!
