Two of my digi boxes are not connecting, but have worked fine for weeks!
Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your cable boxes. If they've both stopped working at the same time, I would recommend taking a look at a possible common point of failure such as a cable splitter. If you have one and it has failed, this could be causing your trouble. Do you have other services from us such as Internet or Phone and are they working for you?
