Gateway freezing

I Recently got Gateway for my 3 tv's. Last week, I was getting an error that said something about cable card not authorized. I called in and after about 4 hours it got fixed. Today, exactly 1 week later, my tv keeps freezing every couple of minutes. Then the screen goes black and I get a message that says signal loss detected. After a few minutes it comes back again. Only to go out after a few minutes. It is happening on all tv's, and just randomly when I am trying to watch tv. Not switching channels. I tried unplugging the large box ( or brains as the tech called it) but it is still happening. Do I have to phone in again? It was such a pain last time. I was on hold for so long! I have had it less than a month and am already regretting getting it!
