You could try resetting your modem with the reset button and then try logging in to change settings again
Were you able to find a solution for this? It looks like you're using the correct password already, this would be the 9-digit serial number on your modem. rfipke1 had a good suggestion in resetting the modem if that is not being accepted, you'd need to hold down the reset button on the back of your modem (using a paperclip or pen is usually easiest) for a full 20 seconds or until you see the lights flash.
