My PVR box was unplugged in error did what it said to do and have been waiting for over half an hour for it to turn back on its stuck in APP
Someone else posted this morning that they had to pull the power cord twice to get it back up and running. Sometimes they can be a bit more stubborn than other days.
If it's still on APP, it hasn't finished it's connection to our server. Reboot it by pulling the power cord for a few minutes and then plug it back in. If it's still on APP after that, make sure that the coaxial cables are secure on both the HD box and the wall outlet.
If it's still on APP after that, let us know!
I Did try that because I called and am now on hold waiting..b..am trying one more time hopefully third times a charm
TTrying again..still on hold..but nothing seems to be happening
