Guide appears but no content available - box reset was done - no success ...

I have 2 digital boxes. One is working perfectly, the other gives me the guide only but no picture or sound on any channel. This box was working fine for months, but just a few days ago, this problem appeared. I think Shaw needs to reset things for my box remotely. Can Shaw help me here?
