I can't send emails.
I tried following the directions in the trouble shooting guide but failed to resolve the issue.
@Benjohn23. What program are you currently using to access your emails?
I am on an Apple, so Apple Mail I guess.
benjohn23 Ok, so there are a couple things we need to check. First lets make sure the username and password you are using are valid, you can check this by signing into www.webmails.shaw.ca If this works then we will need to look at the port settings you have selected. Hey benjohn23, are you still having issues sending emails? As the link that willie included above pointed out, it is important that you chose default port and then enter 587. Mac Mail has a peculiar habit of wanting to change to the default ports which will block sending.
