During this time I was getting terrible connection problems, only small amounts of information were making it through.
What was happening at this time?
I am not aware of any mass outages that would affect services at this time. We would need to check if there was an outage in your area to be certain though. Is this something that happens consistently or did it happen just the one time?
we've been having issues for a while now but this time it was different, and lasted longer.
