Lately, Shaw email has been freezing up on me and giving me error messages. It seems to then unfreeze a while later. Any ideas as to what is happening and how I can fix it? It is annoying. Doesn't happen on Outlook, only on Shaw's email program.
I'd like to have a few more details on this error message.
When you go to Webmail and enter your email address and password, does it just hang and not let you in? Or are you able to log in and see your inbox but then the error comes up?
And what do you see in this error message? What does it say in this message?
It just happened again. This is what it seems to look like
A network service error has occurred
send error report show details OK (these 3 alternatives are in boxes on the same line.
We've had reports from other people of this error too. Examples are being sent to our Webmail team so that they can find the cause and fix it.
