we have had a bunch of power outages and all three of my portals on my newly installed Gateway system are wrong. how can i change the time on the system?
How long has the time been incorrect on the Portals since the last time the Gateway was off stevehilderley? It's possible the time may not update immediately. I'm assuming that you have a picture on all three and that you're not missing any channel data.
If they've been incorrect for more than a few hours, you can try a reset on the Gateway (there's a reset pin on the back you can just push in).
Let me know if this works.
well the main Gateway reset has not changed the time. i am not even sure if the programming i am watching at the moment is 8pm Eastern stuff or actually 9pm stuff. if you can find out why this is doing this i would appreciate it.

OK, i have pushed the reset and will wait to see what happens. other than the time being off by close to an hour, everything else was on fine. (i think). how long does the reset take to show any programming again?
Generally, channel information will come back right away, it shouldn't take long. Hopefully this corrects the time for you, but if not we could have a look at our end.
