Since the upgrade to the 3510 PVR , I am unable to delete recordings from my ' list' from August thru early October.
I have called Shaw on three occasions now to rectify this problem to no avail. All these recordings prior to the update are connected with one channel that being ' Knowledge Network'. I do note also that this channel has been upgraded to 'HD' and I wonder if this is the problem, because all my old recordings are before this took place, and maybe there is a glitch now.. I can delete recordings from this channel after October 20th, but nothing from before. My PVR has been reset and rebooted many times to try and sort out this problem. It is irritating, but will these old recordings disappear after as the months go on as being the oldest in the list.
