Hello, Shaw Support,
24 hours ago, I completed a 'Form', to report a problem that I was having, with setting up the 'Webspace' for a new email address that I just added.
I have received NO response from Shaw Support, and as far as I can tell, my request for assistance has been 'Lost In [cyber]Space'.
Would you please give me some method, of reporting a problem and actually GETTING A RESPONSE from you.
Please respond, to my request for assistance.
