I am having issues with my modem at the moment, my adapters and wireless router are fine, but the "online light" on the modem does not turn on even after resetting it multiple times.

I can help with resolving this. Let's just cover the basics to start with.
By resetting the modem, I'm guessing you have unplugged the power to it and plugged it back in. Can you actually try that again please, but this time also undo and reconnect the coaxial cable connection? It's possible the modem is offline due to signal loss, so that can help in many cases.

Ok, I unplugged the modem and disconnected the coaxial cable at the modem, let it sit, and booted it up again and all I got was the "pc activity" and "power" light. The "receive" light is blinking but the "online" and "send" lights are still out.
Alright, and how about the other end of the cable connection - does it come directly from an outlet in that room or is it split? If possible, let's try reconnecting things at that side as well.
It is connected with a splitter, I disconnected all of the available connections and reconnected them with the same results. Still not online.
