I have researched this topic and followed all the instructions except deleting Shaw Secure. I have removed and reloaded 3 times and would like some better advice.
From my understanding you have already uninstalled McAfee from your computer and reinstalled it with no resolution. What I would ask that you do is run the Shaw Secure uninstall tool from the following link http://shawcd.shawbiz.ca/ and then reinstall McAfee from the Online Customer Center.
