I have lost some chanel and after some reset anything and the reception for two satellite is 91% ; shaw help and reset anything solution ,but said problem with ajustement with one satellite.
It sounds like you are talking about Satellite service so I'm going to assume you are with Shaw Direct? You mention that you have talked to someone already, but we have a few members of the community who are from the Shaw Direct team so they might be able to assist next time they are available.

Yes I 'm shaw accompt,
2 weeks ago I'm missing items such as 237.782, 232, 680, and receptions of 90% on both satellites; decoders that I have a 630 and two 600.
I called shaw and says I'm missing a satellite receiver sat 630 but tells me 1 = 91% and sat 2 = 90%.
I shaw reseter and decoders and I check for files and aperture are.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Satellite 1 is 91% and Sat2 is 90%, or tuner 1 and tuner 2?
From memory, using your 630, tune to 298 then 299 and check again, could be 398 and 399, I don't remember which
Yes Kevinds is T1 and T2
I made test 298 and T1 is 88% T2- 91% 299 and T1 is 0% T2- 91%
398 and T1 is 0% T2- 91%
399 and T1 is 0% T2- 91%
If it wasn't for your 298 test, I would say you lost a tuner... But yeah, that looks like a satellite isn't working
Do you have more than one receiver? Or just the DSR630
sarah_sd Any advice?
Changing ports on LNB?
No , I have 3 decoders one 630, two 600
Thanks for your help.
I changed all over space on LNB but no difference no 680, 237.232 does'n work.
You would it be possible that the skew is poorly adjusted.
Which channel should I take with my 630 decoder to check the signal from both satellites.
On your DVR630, if you are on the classic lineup, we would ask if you can check channels 299, 350, 400, and 700. These channels are both from our F1 and F2 satellites. If you are missing any of these channels then it would mean you are misaligned. We look forward to your reply,

Some channels enter 700, 350, but 299 and 400 don't see.
THe LNB identification is LM2738-75C
I think we may be onto something here. Can you let me know the message you see when you go to channels 299 and 400 as well? Please also check channels 300-305. Depending on your reply, it seems that you are missing 1 of our 2 satellites. This can be an issue with the code we have your receivers set to or the alignment of your dish.
I look forward to your reply and hope we can find the proper resolution asap.

Chanels which we can not take Florida for a sublime account shaw, and satellite F1 works
If you have channels 350 and 700 then it seems that you are aligned to our F2 satellite. If you do not have channels 300-305, you may be missing F1

Here is the advice of an acquaintance for the loss of channel decoder for 600 CH = 299 for dual lnb, CH = 252 for triple lnb, 1 = 49886 option 2 = screen, delete = confirm screen. 3 = wait for the upload to the receiver. 5 = look on the site and entered SHAW refresh your receivers account. 6 = wait 15 minutes. 7 = Option 47, see line F: must be more than 500, line G: trip count 2 + 8 = Exit option 9 = Input option 431 = red back step 8-9 if green square channel 700 for 1 hour square. The antenna is adjusted according to option: F1 95% DB 8.0, 97% F2 DB 7.9But I have successful to all channels but after a while, I lose all channels of Anick F1. So an error arises in this method.
DISCLAIMER: The steps listed above are intended to perform a factory reset on your receiver. This form of reset is not recommended unless advised by a Shaw Direct agent as there are many results that require different actions to re-load all the information that was formatted from the receiver.
Judging by information you've provided, it sounds like the receiver either doesn't have the correct channel map loaded or the dish is not aligned to the correct satellite. When you are aligning your dish, you need to use the coordinates for Anik F1|R no matter the style of LNB you are using. Because you're getting a good signal on both tuners means they are operating great. I would recommend tuning to channels that you do subscribe to but are currently not getting and checking the Tuner 1 and 2 again. If you get no signal, the dish is not aligned properly.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thank you Donovon, Anlignement for the antena as I wrote previously and check the tuner 1 and 2 of 630; recheck everything with my digital smart tracker. The problem is not solved.
At this point I would recommend speaking with one of our eCare agents via Shaw Direct Chat. Our chat is available in both English and French and allows you to speak to a live agent rather than waiting for a reply on the forums. I would highly recommend posting your findings in this thread so we can see what the resolution is. There are several angles we can approach from with this and I want to have everything up and running for you.
Shaw Direct Chat is currently open Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm MST. You will require your account or phone number, and have the receiver(s) accessible.
Let me know what the outcome is, and if I can help with anything else.
