This issue is now resolved.
I have reviewed the support site and have not seen any notification of a service interruption in this area however; there is no service in my location. I have logged onto the router as cusadmin and have identified that the router has no gateway configuration. This validated the lack of link activity indicated by the front led; only the DS led flashes. I have performed both a soft and hard restart of the router with the same result. Local LAN activity on the router works as expected.
Please advise if there is an outage in my area and when service might be restored.
