digita box has reset 17 times today. The most in the last 5 months. No info from shaw. No rebates. no support. no help. techs not available. time to cancel this horrible business. oh tv reset again. The people have spoken.

Just to confirm the digital box is resetting itself, you are not seeing a message like "One moment please or not authorized?" How is the digital box connected to its power source? Is it plugged directly into an electrical or a surge protector? If it is plugged into a surge protetor are you able to plug it directly to the electrical outlet? If this does not resovle the issue for you please let us know. "As kevinds asked, could you please let us know what model number your digital box is of what the host serial number of the digital box is?"
