Hi, My internet is not working. I am able to connect to internet but it doesn't open any wedsite or anything. Modem lights are flashing :(
Have you tried unplugging the power waiting 15 seconds then plugging the power back in?
Are you using just the Shaw equipment or using your own personal router? ie: dlink/linksys/netgear
I have tried unplugging power. And i am using shaw modem cisco.
Hello Vikpreet. This actually looks to be a connection issue. You will want to to check your cables as explained in our article Unable to Connect to the Internet . Hope this helps, if not shaw-moderator will be able to check your modem more closely. - Noah

Which modem? Which lights are flashing?
MOdem is cisco and DS &US lights are flashing . Modem is not online

Overdue bill is the common reason, but sometimes Shaw's system gets confused, or bandwidth team suspended it
