Seem to be getting a message that it is already downloaded....altho it does not show in the Download file & I have not been given the RUN options.
THIS IS A VERY COMPLEX & FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!~!!
tks for your feedback tomp - I was able to get a Shaw rep do an access to my computer & he cleared up the problem.
Now trying to get used to the new setup & dealing with all the resulting questions.....
Think I need a break....

If you have already downloaded McAfee through your Online Customer Care account at http://secure.shaw.ca/, and you are unable to determine where the file has been downloaded to, you can try searching your computer by following the steps below:
1. Open Start Menu
2. Enter 'McAfeeSetup' in the Search field and press Enter
3. Double-click on 'McAfeeSetup-Serial' in Search Results
This should locate the file on your computer and allow you to begin the installation process for McAfee. Please let us know if you are unable to locate that file, or if re-downloading it is also unsuccessful.
