We have no home phone service

We recently switched to shaw from telus, you were supposed to activate our home phone number on Nov 30, it is now dec 3 and we still have no home phone service.

 

When the technician was here he said the phone would be activated on nov 30 by shaw, previously by telus.

 

This is ridiculous, I am really beginning to question if we ever should have switched all of our services to shaw.
