Censorship in the digital age. Is there a better way?

With the switch to digital distribution of our TV services, does Shaw ever see a future where we can have the choice of allowing or denying "offensive" material through the digital box itself?

Frankly, I hate watching content that has been censored. I do try and record from stations that do not censor, but sometimes a movie I'd really like to watch is on a censored station. Sometimes I can stomach it, mostly, not so much. (Watching 'Good Morning Vietnam' right now, censored. )

With the move to digital boxes, is it possible, to one day, do something like this by adding a "Censorship - On/Off" option? (Default would be to censor.)

I realize this would have to be done in conjunction with TV stations, and would take a lot of work, but I for one would love to see this implemented some day. Is this something other customers would like to see?
