Can't connect to Shaw Go Wifi with new device

I've been using shaw go wifi for a while now on my phone and laptop and it's been fine.  But lately, when I connect to ShawOpen on a new device and open the browser, I can't connect to the page to log in.  I can go on the shaw website or use shaw webmail but I can't connect to wifisignon.shaw.ca

 

Also, I tried registering my device elsewhere first, with success, but when I connect to ShawOpen again it still doesn't work.

 

Any ideas?
