On iPad Mini and iPad Air, both running iOS 7.0.4, setting up Shaw email following the guide on https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1065#solution0,
somehow the emails got deleted from iPad after 1 week.
Logging on to webmail.shaw.ca, the emails are there, so they are still on the server.
How to set up so that emails remain on iPad just like they remain on webmail.shaw.ca ?
I thought it is "Mail Days to Sync" setting and set it from 7 days to "No Limit", but the emails still disappear from iPad after 7 days.
