my ds light is blinking and no phone i checked all cables and everything else is working fine i need help asap

We are sorry to hear that your Home Phone service is currently not working. If you have already tried unplugging all of the cables (and plugging them back in) without success, please try resetting the Phone Terminal by following the steps at How to perform a DPT Pin-hole Reset. If your Home Phone does not come online within 10 minutes of completing that reset, please remove the battery from the Phone Terminal by following these steps:
1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the Phone Terminal.
2. Locate the two small tabs on the bottom of the Phone Terminal press these tabs to release the cover of the battery compartment. Once the cover has been removed, slide the battery out so that all of the lights on the Phone Terminal are extinguished. Steps to do this can be found at How to remove the battery from your Digital Phone Terminal .
3. Remove the coaxial cable from the back and screw it back on again
4. Wait approximately twenty seconds before returning the battery to its compartment, and reattaching the power cable back into the terminal. At this time, the Phone Terminal will proceed through the bootup sequence to get back online. This can take 5-10 minutes.

Hi kopikokew. It's been almost a week since you've had this issue. Did @tomp's advice help you restore dial tone? And have you had any further issues since then?
