I use Shaw Webmail on my iPad. When I try to forward or reply to an email, the original email message shows all sorts of symbols and jumbles the information. How do I fix this?
There's a few things we can try, after you login to Shaw Webmail, go to Preferences and under General, what is the "Login Using:" setting set to, Standard or Basic? Try changing that setting to Basic if it's on Standard, then click Save above. Then reload the inbox and see how forward or reply works.
Personally, I would suggest using the built-in mail app rather than Webmail on your iPad with the Exchange server settings: https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1065#solution0 as that may be something you prefer on a tablet device.
