How do I connect an ip camera and see it from outside my home network
Connect it to your network, set it up, and then Port-Forward (it may use UPnP to do it automatically, check the manual).
Keeping track of your IP address is the hard part, but depending on your camera, it may have something to do this for you
To expand on kevinds response, you can find your IP address here: What Is My IP | Shows Your IP Address. As you have a Dynamic IP, this can change from time to time. If you don't unplug your modem you should keep the IP indefinitely though. You will need this and the port number to access the camera remotely. An app for remote access that I have had good results with personally is IP Cam Viewer. Good luck, and don't forget that most manufacturers have support channels if you get stuck.
