account changes now phone is down

Hello,

Im new to shaw and the chat and email for support are both down so Im trying my luck thu here to reach a tech to fix my service.

I called into support today aroud 10am to change my cable package, add on a few services to my phone and requested a change in phone number.  The agent helped me thru all and said it would take about a half hour and my phone service would be back on....its 430 and my phone line is still dead.... i cant call, chat, or email about this since these services are all down
