Weak or no signal

I have a second TV and, a samsung and a motorola interactive digital communications box. It has all worked fine up until a couple of days ago when I was watching it and it just lost the signal.

I disconnected everything for 1/2 hour or more and reconnected. It still isn't working and I continue to get the same message. My main TV is still working fine. I went online to troubleshoot but nothing seems to help.
