all my channels domt work and i haver rebooted everything whats the problem?
Which model of terminal? If you have already rebooted it, it may need a reset or reactivation from Shaw's side
If all of your channels say "not authorized", your digital box might have lost connection with our server. In this case, a channel refresh from our side might be necessary.
I would actually first suggest pulling the power cord to the digital box for 30 seconds to reboot it. But you're already one step ahead of me!
