I wrote this morning to your website and still have not received a reply. I have NO dial tone on my phone. I do have power and the connections are intact.
Please help me.
Sorry if we missed an earlier thread, but I can definitely help out with your no dial tone issue. When you were doing the troubleshooting, did you notice what lights were on the phone modem? Did you also try connecting the phone directly to the modem itself?
I am hoping that you have resolved your phone issue but I wanted to check in just to be sure. Is your phone service working for you now?
