Trying to add a new email address to account & it wont accept any password I try. I even tried a secure password generator & still no go.
What is going wrong here?
When you try to add the address, does it specifically say the password is not secure enough?
yes I get the dreaded too weak feedback
Not sure what else it is looking for in a password I have tried many combinations. Funny thing is I reset password to shaw forum with no problem at all.
Hmm, if you've even tried a secure password generator I'm not too sure why you're running into a problem here. I'd like to take a look myself if you don't mind so I've sent a message to your Community Inbox to investigate.
The password requirements for our Community here are slightly different.
yes so not sure what is happening. Maybe my browser settings are affecting it from working right.

Just read the above message so I guess it is safe to say it hasn't been fixed yet. Urgh. I guess I won't be adding a new address any time soon.
