Just installed a Google Chromecast device to my TV and cannot get the router to connect to my wifi? The online support says I need to change the Access Point configuration to "isolate" it but I'm not sure how to do this. Can you help?
Chromecast, eh? Wasn't aware they were available in Canada yet.
To my knowledge, the Chromecast should just have an ability to connect to a normal wifi spot and you'd just need your SSID and wireless password; just as you would connect a phone, tablet or laptop.
There's a different thread on this, related to chromecasts and the 3825 router if have one. Apparently firmware related which is known and hopefully deployed soon.
Hopefully sooner then later, I got mine from xmas when 12 odd CC's were given out from a NY friend visiting. Plus Amazon Canada has now started selling them albeit at ridiculous prices...
