I'm trying to change my parents' email address password (enabling remote - need more secure password) so they can use email properly on their laptop and the page has been erroring out for a couple days. When you click Manage Email and Webspace, it goes to "We're sorry. There seems to be something wrong."
I should mention they are currently doing the $5 a month internet plan because when they go to Florida for a couple months every year they "disable" their internet but keep their Shaw email. Then when they get back they 're-enable' internet. Perhaps this has something to do with the page not working.
