Hello when I started with Shaw years ago I was required to purchase a cable modem.
I'm in the process of cancelling my service and i was just informed that the modem I have is a "free rental".
How do I get my property back?
Are you still using the same modem (or same generation)? Or have you upgraded to a newer WiFi modem since then?
