I Don't know if my kids touched something, but for the last few days I can't get tv channel listings on the guide on my gateway PVR portal. I've tried unplugging everything, reconnecting.....settings......help
I'm sure we can get this fixed for you promptly nursekat11. Have you got more than one Portal? If so, are the listings missing on them as well?
Did you unplug the power from the Portal specifically or from the Gateway as well? There is a reset button on the Gateway which I'd recommend you try. Just push it in and it will go through a soft reset. The guide information, if it's going to come back after this, should load up within a couple of minutes maximum.
Have you noticed any problems with your channels, or is this just the guide?

can you go to settings, then channel listings.
did they deselect everything?
if they are all checked on, when you go to "channel" menu card (hitting the menu button), does it say no gateway found? If not, we may just have to push the epg guide, or have you do so manually through the installer tool.
Thanks for all the help everybody! Not sure exactly what helped but when I got home from work I unplugged everything again and then used the reset button! Back up and running!
