So once again tonight, bought the PPV for UFC 168, set it up to record, then when we went to watch it, the recording stopped at 9 minutes. Same thing happened last time we ordered a PPV and when we caled Shaw to complain, we were told buy the repeat broadcast, but they would only charge us once. I didn't do it because we found out who won the fights. Tonight, we started the PPV an hour late and basically got to watch two fights. We phoned to complain and Shaw is sending a service tech out but have said they won't give us a refund. The CSR told us they expect their customers to watch the PPV's live and not record them. SAY WHAT????? By looking at the other posts in the forum I can see that this has been going on for sometime and the issue hasn't been solved. Anyone else have this issue crop up in the last year?
