We have an excellent resource for troubleshooting no dial tone issues that you can find here. Let me know if any of that helps and if not, what lights are on your phone modem currently.

That light sequence tells me that service is getting through, but there is a phone off the hook. Double check to make sure all your handsets are properly hung up and if it's still a problem try some of the troubleshooting steps in the document I listed.

Just removed your last post as it contained private information and this thread is public for all to see. If you click on the words "Community Inbox" I have linked it to where you can find the direct, private message I have sent you. Once at your Community Inbox, you can further click on "Filter -> Direct Messages" if you don't see the message right away. You can then reply to it there.
no luck getting this to work
When you log into the Community, you'll see "Inbox" as one of the headers to the right of where it displays your username. It's inbetween "Activity" and "Actions". When you click on Inbox, it will show you a list of all the interactions you have taken part in and there will be a "Filter" option on the left. If you click on Filter, you can then select "Direct Messages" and it will only show you a list of private messages you have received. You'll then see my message and when you click on it there will be a "Reply" option in the main panel.
