Do you mean the volume isn't working while connected to the stereo? Or is the audio breaking up while you're watching a channel? Are you noticing it on only one channel or multiple? Do you have the digital box connected to just the TV for audio or to a stereo system?
it is multiple channels as well as does not matter if from the stereo or direct to the tv.
I've noticed you haven't gotten back to us in a couple of days here. Are you continuing to have this issue? I suspect you mean the volume between different channels and programs can vary a bit and you have to turn it up and down quite a bit to sustain the same volume level? We are aware that this is an issue and currently the broadcasters have been tasted with equalizing the volume between programs/ads. We apologize for any inconvenience.

it is strait from the receiver to the tv or from the stereo output. I have shaw run the levals for the tv box and it was -16.5 they are coming Tuesday to look at from the pedestal.
