How do I delete shaw emails from all of my devices at once - iPhone, ipad, computer?
Unfortunately there's no one simple answer for that question as it will depend on how you configured those devices (ie., what email server settings were used during the initial setup). If you used Exchange with Activesync server settings, this synchronizes all of your emails with the Webmail automatically, so deleting the emails on any one device or from Webmail will also delete the emails on every other device you have configured using Exchange with Activesync settings. If you used POP settings, on the other hand, this stores a copy of your emails locally, so deleting emails on a device set up with POP settings affects the emails on that device only, and won't affect the emails on any other devices.
Hi Jeff, thanks for this. My shaw email is set up with POP settings. I thought that this is the only way to configure my shaw account. Can I set it up using exchange instead?
Yes you can set up a shaw email address using exchange though it's not supported by all mail clients. You can use this documentEmail Setup Instructions to select your device and email program to see if it has an exchange option for set up.
