I am having an issue receiving or sending e-mail from my shaw email account on my iPhone.
I have set up my mail through the Microsoft exchange and as per all the instructions on the shaw website. I have also changed my password to ensure it follows all the requirements. I have had my email on my phone previously and have never had this issue.
I have deleted and reinstalled my email twice so far with no change.
Can an anyone give me advice on how to fix this issue?
