The power went out today and when it was restored, I am missing. Channels 272 - 288
What do you see on those channels now?
"One moment please" would indicate a signal issue. I'd recommend giving a looksie at One Moment Please Error (Ref Code: s0a00) for steps to follow. Pull the power cord to the HD box for 30 seconds to reboot it. Reconnect the coaxial cable at the wall outlet.
If it's "not authorized", pull the power cord for that 30 seconds, again to reboot it.
If still the same issue after that, let us know as we might need to take a closer look at your HD box.
