My phone had been working, but stopped over the holidays, and always redirects me to the login screen. It seems like others have had this problem as well. What is the procedure to re-enable access?

That alert is related to a problem which just developed over the past day or so. We actually did resolve it this morning, but it might be necessary to reset your device as described to get it connected again.
