Over the last week or so my internet has been cutting in and out. Will work fine for hours, then cuts out for about 5-15mins and comes back on. While it is out, I have tried resetting modem, checked all connections, and checked multiple devices both wired and wireless with no success. The only way to get it back is simply wait.
My question before calling support, is there anything I can check or test for this issue and what information is needed for diagnostic? Should I document anything when it turns off? - all lights on modem seem normal as if it should work, but I may be missing something?
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
