Does anyone have trouble getting PPV from shaw direct in AZ
As I recall, PPV has to be activated on an account, and the telephone line has to be connected, but it will queue up a few purchases before locking out PPV ordering (for ones that don't have constant telephone line access, cabin in the woods for example, take the receiver back home, as an example).
Or if the system is smart-enough, it may see an AZ phone number and not allow the order.

I ordered via phone call and it was on my guide but the TV showed that the channel was not being received. I am supposed to get these channels.

Thanks for posting your question on our Community forums. As Shaw Direct is a Canadian service provider, we cannot provide support outside of our defined service area. Even though some of our existing satellites maintain footprints that extend past the Canadian border, it is possible the satellite broadcasting the Pay-Per-View channel isn't available in your current location. The guide information would load all channels available on your subscription and you would be able to order PPV, but if the actual channel signal is out of range the show would not be viewable.
