How can I change the answering service information? For example number of rings before answering service.
I've been through the menu several times and don't hear any instructions on changing the info.
You can manage many features through the Shaw Phone Portal. To change the number of rings, select "Features", then under the voicemail tab, you will see a drop down where you can change the number of rings. Once you've made your selection, just hit the save button.
