I have followed the instructions on Shaw to try and setup my shaw email on my iPhone 5 ios7 and now cannot send or receive mail. I have ensured that my password meets all the requirements.

I was trying to setup using Exchange and it wouldn't work - I was able to set it up as a POP \
there were no error messages
I can log into webmail.
not a big deal if no solution as I will just leave it as pop - sync with webmail is not important feature to me :-)
Okay fair enough, if you're comfortable with POP then there's nothing wrong with leaving it as is. However, if you want to try Exchange again at any point and it doesn't work just let us know and we'll take a closer look at it.
