I logged into mine just now successfully. It might be that there was an issue with the website when you tried. Best to try again and see if you're able to log in this time. If not, it might be some back end issue that we'd have to send up for a closer look.
Just checking in, were you able to log in to your Customer Centre account?

There was a known issue yesterday with issues creating new accounts and making changes to My Account, but it should be resolved now. Have you tried changing your password to see if that helps at all? You can do that by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page. Let us know if that doesn't help!
Sorry Tamaara -- i am still having this problem. i am on a mac computer with
safari operating system.. I am also a customer for SHAW Direct and have no trouble there.
I went to our local shaw store and the young lady set me up with a new password… I use this new password
but still, soon as i lick con "my account" i get a message back that Safari does not re recognize the address

It's possible that Safari has the old password saved and is sending that instead of the new one. I would try clearing your browser history, and if you're still having problems, try testing it out with another browser like Chrome.
